Transfer to your boutique property for check in

Note – Paro market is good for shopping and filled with restaurants.

DAY 2: Paro – Haa Valley, Chele la pass
After savoring the first breakfast in the “happiest country in the world,” embark on a journey to explore Bhutan’s rich cultural heritage.
Transfer to Haa Valley (2.5 hrs)
Chele la pass (1 hr) – highest motorable road pass, views of sacred Mt. Jhomolari
O/N in village of Phintso Norbu Katso in Haa Valley

DAY 3: Haa Valley – Thimpu
Transfer to Thimpu by car + Sightseeing in Thimphu (as per time)
– Simply Bhutan Heritage Museum
– Zorig Chusum – Arts & Crafts School or Painting School
– Jungshi Handmade factory
– Buddha Dordernma – largest Buddha statue with views of Thimphu Valley
– Tashichho Dzong – the “Fortress of the Glorious Religion” (Photostop)
O/N in Thimpu


DAY 4: Day tour in Thimpu
Takin Reserve
Memorial Chorten
Anim Dratshang (Nunnery) or Thangthong Dewachen Nunnery
Optional – Lunch at Babesa Village Restaurant
Beer tasting session at a local brewery on your own
O/N in Thimpu

* Optional – Day Tour to Punakha
Cross through Dochula Pass, Punakha Dzong, Chimi Lakhang Temple, Suspension Bridge


DAY 5: Thimpu – Paro + Tiger’s Nest Hike + Hot Stone Bath
Early check out and Drive to Paro (1.5 hrs)
Hike to Tiger’s Nest (5-6 hrs steep hike, can do half trek till restaurant also)
Bhutan special Hot Stone Bath
O/N in Paro


DAY 6: Leave for airport in Paro for flight back home
