Coach Breakdown: In the event of a coach breakdown or unfavourable climatic conditions that prevent the scheduled activity from taking place, There will be no refund of any kind. Only optional paid activities amount will be refunded. However, we value the satisfaction of our guests, we will make every effort to accommodate the missed activity on the next available day, depending on time availability and logistical feasibility.
Coach Luggage Policy: Take two medium-sized suitcases or one large suitcase (weighing no more than 20kg) on your coach, plus a small piece of hand luggage. If you have extra luggage beyond the permitted allowance, there will be a charge of 5 Euro per bag per day.
(Europe levies Security Deposit to cover Hotel and Other Property Damage. Please note that any expenses or property damages incurred during the tour, Amount will be deducted from the deposit and rest will refund after completion of the Tour. If No Damage, full amount will be refunded)
